Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken.

A return or exchange may be considered if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• The product is missing from your order.

Conditions for Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition in which it was received

Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue with the product.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
